Where is my key?
Bought through Gumroad: the key is in the receipt email Gumroad sent, and in your Gumroad library at gumroad.com/library. It looks like four groups of letters and numbers separated by dashes.
Bought on our website: the key starts with BHG- and was shown on the confirmation page. It is also printed on your receipt or invoice from Stripe. If you can’t find it, write to us from the email address you used at checkout.
Keep your key private: anyone who has it can use your purchase.
Connecting and disconnecting ChatGPT
Ask Bhagya for your daily reading or a full matching report in ChatGPT and sign in with your key when asked. No key? When ChatGPT asks you to connect, choose Continue free to use the free features; you can sign in with a key later. To use a different key, disconnect Bhagya in ChatGPT’s settings and connect again. You can manage or cancel a Gumroad membership from your Gumroad receipt, and a website membership from the billing page.
Billing problems and refunds
If something went wrong with a purchase, for example a double charge or a key that never worked, write to us within 14 days of the charge and include your receipt. We look into every request; how refunds work is set out in the terms.
Kundli matching and full reports
The matching score is always free. Your first full matching report and first couple reading are free too. Full reports also come with membership (Bhagya Daily includes a few each calendar month; Bhagya Family is unlimited) or a report pack. Opening the same two people again is always free. Matching is only for adults.
Remedies
Bhagya suggests free practices first. Optional items are listed on our remedies page with sellers chosen for their reviews and reputation; some of those links may earn Bhagya a commission at no extra cost to you, and those links are labeled. Bhagya never sells remedies itself and isn’t responsible for sellers’ products. Ask a doctor before fasting or changing your diet, and never change medical care because of a reading.
My birth time is unknown or approximate
Tell Bhagya so. Without a time, your chart is read from the Moon (no ascendant). With an approximate time, Bhagya warns you when your rising sign or birth star could change within that window, and matching shows the range of possible scores.
Births in Bombay before 1955 or Calcutta before 1948
Those cities kept their own clocks. If your birth record used the local clock, ask Bhagya to recompute with that offset (Bombay UTC+04:51, Calcutta UTC+05:53).
How accurate is it?
In our tests, planet positions agreed with Swiss Ephemeris to within about one arcminute. The sidereal zodiac uses the Lahiri ayanamsa with whole-sign houses, as in Parashari practice, and Kundli matching follows the North Indian Ashtakoota standard. Readings still depend on the details you give and on interpretation, and they can contain mistakes; see the terms.

Bhagya’s readings are for reflection, cultural interest and entertainment. They aren’t medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and we can’t give personal consultations by email.
